Sam Park
SAM PARK — Sung Sam Park was born in 1949 in Seoul, Korea where he began painting at the age of twelve. His talent and teaching abilities were quickly recognized and by the age of thirteen, while still a junior high school student, Park was teaching painting at the local high school.
Park traveled to France after graduating from Jung Ang University. There he studied painting and lived with other young artists in Paris. While there, he evolved his vision of impressionism and hyper-realis
m. His artistic style today clearly reflects the inspiration of the French Impressionists. Sam Park went on to establish himself in several European galleries, and continues to exhibit in many of them today. Sam Park came to the United States of America in 1994, where he lives on the coast of Southern California. He has exhibited in numerous galleries throughout the country and his works have become highly sought-after.

What Lenny Loves
The Art Shop’s Inc. owner and president, Lenny Dolin, is an avid cyclist, tennis player and art lover, but unlike a lot of people who are either left brain or right brain, Lenny is also adept at debits and credits and anything to do with accounting. What makes many people’s eyes glaze over comes easily to Lenny. “I just know enough to be dangerous,” he says. Modesty aside, thank heavens he’s good at it because a businesses can’t survive without someone in control of its finances. He pays all the bills and the salaries of our incredible staff and keeps The Art Shop on a steady financial keel.
